Legal advice and arbitration
Professional practice
A lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar in 2004, he is a partner at RVA Sociedade de Advogados, where he coordinates the Public Law department.
He has headed the Legal Department of Metro-Mondego, S.A. since 2006 and provides legal advice to municipalities, intermunicipal bodies and companies.
He acts as an ad hoc arbitrator in administrative law, public procurement and civil law disputes.
